Requeriments:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Amdocs ARM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Amdocs ARM, particularly with experience in upgrade processes for Amdocs solutions. This role is critical for supporting our client's current transition from ARM9 to ARM22/23, ensuring a seamless upgrade process, and integrating into the operation and maintenance team permanently post-upgrade.
Responsibilities:
Participation in the upgrade processes for Amdocs solutions.
Collaborate with the operation team to support the initial stage of the upgrade and follow through the entire process.
Ensure all tests are conducted successfully and that development, quality, pre-production, and production environments are correctly configured, documented, and aligned.
Contribute to the creation and execution of scripts, extractions, utilities, etc., in support of the upgrade process.
Guarantee knowledge documentation and transfer, addressing the challenge of documentation deficits in upgrade processes.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Amdocs ARM, especially in upgrade processes.
Familiarity with Linux, Python, and Java (not purely development but scripting, extractions, and utility creation).
Knowledge of Java application servers (e.g., Weblogic) and basic SQL database skills.
Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.
