Role Overview

As an Airline Customer Support, you'll serve as the primary contact for passengers, managing questions about reservations, schedule changes, cancellations, and travel rules across multiple communication channels—phone, email, chat, and social media. You'll help customers navigate their options, clarify fare types and baggage policies, and ensure a seamless travel experience. With thorough onboarding and continuous training, you'll grow within a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Deliver timely, professional assistance via phone, email, chat, and social media.

  • Booking Management: Support passengers with reservations, changes, and cancellations.

  • Clear Communication: Explain fares, baggage rules, and available special services in an easy-to-understand way.

  • Travel Guidance: Provide information on check-in procedures, boarding, and travel requirements.

  • Personalized Solutions: Recommend flight options, upgrades, and tailored travel solutions.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated issues.

  • Accurate Records: Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly.

Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German (C2) and English (B2).
  • Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
  • Experience: 0–1 year in customer support or related roles.
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
