What you will do:

The Asset Manager's mission within Asset Operation is to ensure Solar asset portfolio performance, contract management and customer satisfaction. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the energy transition, driving the adoption of renewable energy solutions in Portugal, managing a diverse portfolio of solar assets, ensuring optimal performance and value creation.

You will be developing and implementing strategies for individual asset management and portfolio oversight to maximize returns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, all with the objective of driving short-term impactful initiatives that contribute to the company's renewable energy goals.

Main job functions include, but are not limited to:

• Plan, coordinate and supervise preventive maintenance plans/inspections;
• Supervise corrective interventions (remotely or in person);
• Diagnose and troubleshoot under performance (remote or on-site);
• Analyze patterns and behaviors to increase performance, improve problem-solving procedures and product;
• Define, optimize and support alarm resolution and decision-making process;
• Report lessons learned at EDP group level;
• Formal point of contact with EDP Comercial customers (reporting, performance, contractual, technical and general issues).

What are we looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in in Engineering;
• Professional experience of more than 2 years in areas related to electrical operations management, preferably in Solar Photovoltaic;Good communication skills;
• Organization and planning;
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems;
• Sense of urgency, autonomy and responsibility;
• Portuguese and English, written and spoken (mandatory);
• Driving licence.
