Position Overview
We are looking for talented and detail-oriented Content Moderator to join a growing team in Porto. Main Responsibilities

  • Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it aligns with platform policies and community guidelines.
  • Apply guidelines consistently and make balanced decisions based on platform standards.
  • Monitor emerging content trends and flag issues or patterns to improve moderation practices.
  • Maintain high-quality performance by meeting defined KPIs and quality benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share feedback and support process optimization.

Candidate Profile

  • Fluency in German or Dutch and good command of English (B2 level or above).
  • Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze content objectively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Emotionally resilient and able to handle sensitive or distressing content when necessary.
  • Fast learner and adaptable to changing guidelines or tools.
