Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role:
As a Cloud Solution Senior Specialist, you will be part of the global team and play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting cloud-based applications with a focus on SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) and Cloud Applications.
- Maintain cloud platform SAP BTP and cloud-based applications. This includes tasks such as technical environment management, security and compliance, user and role management
- Partner with cloud architects to understand the requirements and enable the new services provided by SAP BTP
- Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of cloud services
- Manage projects for proof of concepts and implementation of new cloud services or applications, together with internal and external experts
- Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and propose improvements for performance, scalability, and security
- Perform operational support such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and SLA
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 4 years of overall IT experience in design, implementation, system architecture, and cloud-based SAP support. At least 1 year of hands-on experience with SAP BTP would be a plus
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and cloud-based application integration
- Experience with Java/ / Python
- Experience with operations support and platform maintenance
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional global teams
- Fluency in English
