What you will do?

  • Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions across core platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud)
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures
  • Define integration patterns between Salesforce and external systems
  • Guide development teams on architecture, best practices, and standards
  • Ensure security, performance, data governance, and compliance
  • Review and validate technical designs, estimates, and implementations
  • Support solution planning, roadmap definition, and technical decision-making
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams
  • Identify risks, constraints, and architectural trade-offs
  • Support releases, deployments, and platform evolution
  • Document solution architectures, diagrams, and technical guidelines

What you should know/have to succeed in this role:

  • Strong experience with the Salesforce platform
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security
  • Experience designing solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds
  • Knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, and middleware
  • Experience with declarative and programmatic Salesforce development
  • Ability to balance business needs with technical constraints
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
