We're looking for an experienced
Solution Architect
to join our dynamic team and help define the future of telecom solutions.
What You'll Do
Design system architectures that meet business requirements and connect functional and technical teams.
Assess existing architectures and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.
Guide technical architects and development teams to ensure alignment with standards.
Research emerging patterns and propose innovative architectural changes.
Communicate architecture structure and impacts to stakeholders.
Ensure new systems integrate seamlessly into the enterprise environment.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a professional with strong technical depth and a strategic mindset.
Must-have skills:
Knowledge of
Telco business models and processes
Expertise in
OSS solutions and components
(Assurance, Configuration, Planning, Readiness)
Understanding of
OSS and Automation Architectures
Familiarity with
Microservices
and
Automation Platforms
Experience in
engineering and software architecture design
Proven success in
complex, large-scale projects
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
Nice-to-have:
Previous
project management experience
Knowledge of interworking with network domains (RAN, Mobile Core, Transport, IP Core) and service platforms (TV, SIP)
