What is expected in this role:

  • Manage multiple international accounts across Europe;

  • Prospect and onboard new suppliers to the
    B-Parts
    network;

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers;

  • Support suppliers in your portfolio increase their sales;

  • Assist suppliers in your portfolio improving their operational KPIs;

  • Develop best practices across the Account Management function;

  • Report directly to management;

  • Support colleagues and work to employ best practice across the business.

What are we looking for (knowledge, skills and abilities):

  • Proactive approach:
    goal-oriented
    with ease in establishing relationships;

  • Sales experience managing customer accounts, ideally in a fast growth environment;

  • Strong
    negotiation
    and interpersonal skills;

  • Analytical skills
    with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights (Tableau knowledge is a plus);

  • Strong planning and organization skills;

  • Domain of computer skills (Office, proficiency in Excel);

  • Fluency in Portuguese, English (mandatory);

  • Fluency in French or Spanish ir mandatory
