What is expected in this role:
Manage multiple international accounts across Europe;
Prospect and onboard new suppliers to the
B-Parts
network;Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers;
Support suppliers in your portfolio increase their sales;
Assist suppliers in your portfolio improving their operational KPIs;
Develop best practices across the Account Management function;
Report directly to management;
Support colleagues and work to employ best practice across the business.
What are we looking for (knowledge, skills and abilities):
Proactive approach:
goal-oriented
with ease in establishing relationships;Sales experience managing customer accounts, ideally in a fast growth environment;
Strong
negotiation
and interpersonal skills;Analytical skills
with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights (Tableau knowledge is a plus);Strong planning and organization skills;
Domain of computer skills (Office, proficiency in Excel);
Fluency in Portuguese, English (mandatory);
Fluency in French or Spanish ir mandatory
