O que irás fazer

  • Garantir o desenvolvimento, a monitorização e a avaliação da equipa;
  • Motivar a equipa;
  • Gerir a equipa diariamente, de acordo com as políticas internas;
  • Garantir o alcance dos Indicadores-Chave de Desempenho (KPIs);
  • Elaborar planos de ação para a melhoria contínua.

O que precisas para te candidatares

  • Fluência em Português (nível nativo) – imprescindível;
  • Fluência em Inglês (nível B2);
  • Experiência em funções de supervisão/liderança;
  • Experiência com atendimento ao cliente e canais em direto;
  • Capacidade analítica, tomada de decisão e espírito de equipa;
  • Disponibilidade para actuar presencialmente na sede do cliente em Carcavelos, Lisboa
