Role Description:

  • Manage the end-to-end incident management lifecycle, ensuring incidents are recorded, prioritized, and resolved within defined timelines.
  • Act as the main point of contact for incident-related communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with IT and technical teams to investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and apply corrective and preventive measures.
  • Track incident patterns, produce regular reports, and proactively identify improvements to incident response and recovery processes.
  • Keep incident management procedures, documentation, and knowledge base content up to date.
  • Deliver training and guidance on incident management tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Support post-incident reviews and handle escalations for critical or high-severity incidents.
  • Ensure alignment with ITIL and other applicable frameworks while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ticket management in Jira.
