About the job
Supporting all the Compensation and Benefits activities within the organization in accordance to Local and Group regulations and guidelines ensuring fair and market aligned practices
Your Main Activities Are
Ensure HR Systems are up to date and ensure their Data quality, critical for Compensation management and Compensation related replying to Group or IG requests
Contribute to the successful deployment of the annual Compensation Review Process by performing daily tasks such as system data cleaning, reporting, analysis and overall replying to Group requests
Support the team menbers on the daily tasks and Projects
Support the Benefit + daily tasks
Profile and Skills to Success
Academic Background in Finance, Management or Economics
Fluent in English
Proficiency in Excel
Organizational skills
Good communication skills - oral & written
Ability to collaborate/teamwork
