To integrate Nespresso's business, we are looking for a
B2B Product Lead
you will own and manage the end-to-end process for the B2B product portfolio, which includes coffee, machines, and accessories. You will be responsible for adapting and implementing global launches and initiatives (IAP) to fit local market requirements and specific channel needs.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN B2B PRODUCT LEAD
Own and manage the B2B product category and portfolio (coffee, machines, accessories, services)

  • Adapt and implement global product strategy and commercial value proposition for the local market.
  • Monitor and optimize portfolio performance through pricing, promotions, rationalization, and competitive analysis using data insights.
  • Conduct market and trend analysis to inform local strategy and marketing plans.
  • Ensure product forecast accuracy in collaboration with CE&I and Operations/Supply Chain.
  • Develop and communicate coffee expertise internally and externally.
  • Own the Brand Experience and coordinate product packages across marketing teams.

Translate and implement global product launches & themes to market needs

  • Lead planning and execution of all permanent and non-permanent launches for coffee, machines, accessories, and services, ensuring alignment with departmental expertise and engaging key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Plan and initiate market-specific local initiatives with RMM approval through global tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement by leading pre- and post-evaluations of product launches.
  • Support commercial strategy development in collaboration with key account
  • Create sales support tools to empower account managers and sales teams.

People, Project & Performance Management

  • Co-define and drive initiatives with marketing peers to achieve category business objectives.
  • Be the B2B marketing point of contact for the commercial team
  • Enhance organizational efficiency by fostering collaboration across departments.
  • Build a strong multifunctional network, promoting effective collaboration and shared accountability for project goals.
  • Set clear project timelines, deliverables, and performance goals, providing transparency and alignment across the organization.

What Will Make You Successful

  • A university degree or equivalent in management or commercial
  • At least 5 years' experience as Product and/or Brand Manager preferably
  • Worked for an organisation with leading brands and a strong commercial mindset
  • Experience in project management (of complex projects)
