Hoopers is building the largest global basketball community that connects players, fans and enthusiasts through products, contents, experiences and NFTs. Basketball coverage and experiences are great in the United States, but suck in Europe. We want to change that by connecting the basketball community in a single environment: Finding courts to play, scheduling games with friends or creating on-court related content won't be a problem anymore.

The Role:

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help us to create our digital strategy and lead our efforts to grow our community, user-acquisition and revenues. We are developing new tech projects and platforms that will require your attention. Your main responsibilities are to:

- Create and operate our marketing culture and build up our engines / performance tools (from processes design to execution)

- Engage in systematic A/B with organic and paid acquisition channels to optimize conversion funnels in different areas of the business

- Collect data to build, test, iterate and make better business decisions in the different channels

Your role and position will be critical for the company's development and your decisions will have a strong impact on the product roadmap and business overall. You might turn into our future Marketing lead or CMO.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and own our marketing strategy

- Experiment and manage organic and paid acquisition channels

- Own SEO and performance marketing

- Build transparency and traceability for all of our marketing - create and implement tools to track different channels and initiatives' performance

- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly basis to allocate funds

- Work cross-functionally with the rest of the team and business areas

- Analyze consumer behavior data to adjust and fine tune email and add spend

Requirements:

- Basketball & Sports lover (former/current Hooper is a plus)

- Experience in Growth and Performance Marketing

- BSc / MSc in Business, Marketing or Data Science fields

- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)

- Strong prioritization skills and the ability to focus on the most urgent tasks and activities that require immediate attention at any point in time

- A problem solver with an analytical and creative combo mind

- Data-driven, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing data on spreadsheets and analytics tools
