Location: London or Lisbon Compensation: EUR 50k to 80k base + equity Final offer depends on experience, scope, and impact About Noxus Noxus builds AI Workers that execute real work inside customer operations. Our AI Workers resolve refunds, billing enquiries, complaints, claims, bookings, and service requests end to end. They do not just answer. They read inbound requests, gather evidence across systems, apply policy, request approvals when needed, and write outcomes back with full auditability. Noxus is built for complex and regulated environments where control, traceability, and reliability matter. Every action is governed. Every decision is explainable. Every workflow is production-ready from day one. We have strong product market fit, customers live in production, and growth so far has been founder led. This role is about turning momentum into a repeatable growth engine. The Role This is Noxus' first Growth Marketer . You will own growth end to end. This is not a brand-only or demand-only role. You will work across messaging, acquisition, activation, expansion, and analytics, partnering directly with the founders, GTM, Sales, and Product. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who enjoys ambiguity, builds from zero, and thinks in systems. What you will do - Design and run experiments across the full funnel to drive pipeline, activation, and expansion - Build and optimize sales-assisted growth loops across onboarding, content, and product touchpoints - Create and iterate organic and paid campaigns across search, social, communities, and events - Develop and continuously refine Noxus' messaging for our ICP - Partner with Sales on high-converting content, case studies, and enablement assets - Own analytics, tracking, attribution, and reporting to guide prioritization - Drive awareness through creative campaigns, partnerships, and thought leadership - Help shape early growth processes and potentially manage growth projects or SDRs as we scale What we are looking for - 3 to 6 years of experience in growth or full-stack marketing for B2B SaaS or infrastructure products - Proven track record of driving measurable growth - Strong copy and positioning skills for complex products - Comfortable owning performance channels and analytics tooling - Strong experimentation mindset with speed and rigor - Experience marketing to technical, IT, security, or AI-focused audiences - Enjoys working closely with founders, product, and engineering in an in-office environment Why Join Noxus - Build the growth function from scratch with real ownership - Work directly with founders on high-impact decisions - Shape how enterprises adopt AI infrastructure - High-visibility role with clear impact on company trajectory - In-office role in Lisbon or London
