About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Digital Performance Consultant
to support the growth of our expertise division and drive the performance of our clients' digital initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong experience in paid media, a solid understanding of tracking/data challenges, and a good grasp of SEO levers.

This role involves
strategic oversight, operational execution, and client support
.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Management

  • Define media strategies based on clients' business objectives (acquisition, conversion, awareness).
  • Set up, optimize, and monitor campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic platforms, etc.
  • Develop media plans and budget recommendations.
  • Analyze performance, create dashboards, and provide actionable recommendations.

SEO & CRO

  • Conduct technical, semantic, and backlink SEO audits.
  • Build SEO roadmaps, prioritize actions, and coordinate implementation.
  • Monitor organic traffic, rankings, and Core Web Vitals signals.
  • Contribute to continuous page performance improvements (A/B testing, UX, conversion optimization).

Tracking & Data

  • Design and implement tagging plans (GTM, server-side tracking if applicable).
  • Configure and maintain measurement tools (GA4, Consent Mode, media pixels).
  • Ensure data reliability and compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CMP).
  • Produce and maintain dashboards (Looker Studio, Power BI, or equivalent).

Client Management & Coordination

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients on all performance-related topics.
  • Manage projects and coordinate internal and external stakeholders (creative, dev, data, media).
  • Prepare and lead steering committees, quarterly reviews, and optimization sessions.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in digital agencies or in-house on Data & Acquisition projects.
  • Strong mastery of media platforms and ROAS/CPA optimization techniques.
  • Proven SEO skills (audits, recommendations, monitoring).
  • Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools (GTM, GA4, server-side, CMP).
  • Data-driven, analytical mindset with business acumen.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, and ability to explain technical topics in simple terms.
  • Fluency in French is Mandatory
