The Team
The Immigration Department of Lexidy Portugal deals with all international mobility related issues. As a multifaceted team, our experts can respond to multiple different types of questions. From Portuguese nationality issues, passing through the right of foreigner's to stay in Portugal or even dealing with the European Internal Market.
Tasks
Work closely with the Head of Immigration Portugal and other departments to support enhance business operationsManage relationships with 3rd party entities and coordinate all necessary appointmentsProvide advice on migration, citizenship, and business immigration issues, political asylum, and the processes through which people may secure travel, work, or student visas.Execution immigration proceduresLead follow upsSolving day-to-day queriesAdvising upselling and cross sellingContent generation and point of views (blogs, videos)Process optimizationEnsure compliance with local legislation and company protocols What's in it for you?

At least 3+ years of experience with Immigration Law in PortugalEducational background: Graduated in Law and registered in the Portuguese Bar Association. Master is appreciatedKnowledge and experience with visas and residencies permit application (D1, D2, D3, D7, D8 Visas and Residence Permits), as well as citizenship applicationsA collaborative, flexible, and positive can-do attitude - always willing to learn and help steer the team to work well together. Let's get the job donePassion, energy, and commitmentFluent in English and Portuguese (C1/C2). Other languages are definitely a plusExcited about and curiosity for digital tools, process automation and innovationA natural tendency to share knowledge with your colleagues. You will communicate ideas clearly and ensure everyone understandsA client-centric approach. You are a true partner and someone that genuinely cares about the people you help.
