The Engineering and Industrial Team at Experis is currently recruiting a
Data & Content Manager
to lead the content management function within Indirect Procurement.

In this role, you will ensure Procurement Data and Buying Channel Content are accurate, standardized, and aligned with business strategies. You'll oversee catalog governance, supplier information, and master data to deliver a seamless purchasing experience and compliance across SAP Ariba and related systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of specialists managing catalogs, supplier onboarding, and material master data.
  • Define governance standards for procurement data, including supplier details, material classifications, and payment terms.
  • Maintain and update catalogs, contracts, and preferred buying channels in SAP Ariba.
  • Collaborate with Category Managers to reflect sourcing strategies in system content.
  • Monitor KPIs on data accuracy, content usage, and compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance user experience and content quality.
  • Coordinate testing, documentation, and training for new catalogs or system updates.
  • Partner with Shared Services and IT for technical execution of updates.

Mandatory Requirements

  • 4–6 years in Procurement Data Management or similar roles.
  • Experienced in Team Management.
  • Strong knowledge of Indirect Procurement Processes and Data Governance.
  • Familiarity with taxonomy, classification standards and data quality tools.
  • Knowledge of SAP Ariba.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans.
  • Proven ability to lead transformation projects and improve efficiency through data-driven decisions.
  • Fluency in English.

Fluency in French will be highly valued.
