HR Support Partner Specialist

Join our HR team and make an impact by delivering excellent support to employees and managers across multiple countries. As a People Services Partner, you'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth employee experience throughout the entire HR lifecycle.
This position is part of our HR Shared Service Center (SSC), supporting multiple regions and ensuring consistent, high-quality HR services across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level HR support to employees and managers, ensuring all inquiries are handled efficiently and accurately.
Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee life cycle activities while maintaining a positive employee experience.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems and tools.
Coordinate HR processes related to compensation, benefits, learning, and performance.
Support international mobility processes, including relocation and documentation.
Prepare employee correspondence and reports while ensuring compliance with company standards.
Your Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems is an advantage.
