A Hays está a recrutar um
Internal Financial Auditor fluente em Francês
para integrar uma equipa internacional de finanças numa empresa multinacional de referência no Porto. Este papel é fundamental para reforçar a gestão de riscos financeiros e garantir a conformidade com os controlos internos em vários mercados.

Responsabilidades

  • Realizar missões de revisão (check & challenge) e propor planos de ação;
  • Coordenar equipas da segunda linha de defesa financeira em mercados internacionais;
  • Rever processos financeiros com base numa abordagem orientada para riscos;
  • Elaborar e promover normas de controlo interno e memorandos de governança;
  • Garantir conformidade com diretrizes internas de Finance/Risk.

Perfil desejado

  • Licenciatura em Auditoria, Contabilidade ou área similar;
  • Experiência mínima de 2–3 anos em auditoria financeira ou controlo interno (preferência por banca ou seguros);
  • Bom conhecimento de técnicas de auditoria e abordagem baseada em riscos;
  • Conhecimentos de IFRS, contabilidade de gestão e/ou Solvency 2 (valorizado);
  • Fluência em
    Francês (B2/C1)
    e bom domínio de
    Inglês (B1/B2)
    .
