We are searching for the best talent for Neurovascular New Technology Specialist EMEA.
Purpose: Neurovascular is a key growth driver for the J&J MedTech business, operating in a fast growing and rapidly developing interventional neuroradiology marketplace. As a business we have a close relationship and understanding with our customers and as a result, have a strong product portfolio today and a strong pipeline for the future.
We have an amazing opportunity to recruit a New Technology Specialist on a two year fixed-term contract. Through direct engagement and relationship building with customers, direct sales teams and distributor partners, in this role you will drive NPI, technology and procedural adoption through translation of the EMEA marketing strategies in targeted markets and customer accounts. As well as strategy implementation you will have responsibility for driving clinical and scientific understanding of our NPI and focus product portfolio, maximizing customer adoption of the entire Cerenovus Stroke Solutions portfolio.
You will be responsible for:
- Implement Neurovascular business strategy for EMEA to retain and grow market position (achieve sales targets) in targeted markets and customer accounts (circa focus accounts per annum).
- Support the implementation of world-class new product launches within EMEA, ensuring customer understanding of the technical, clinical and scientific benefits of the Cerenovus Stroke Solution portfolio.
- Working in partnership with local in market teams, develop accounts and customer relationships to maximise product adoption and sales growth.
- Support customers with clinical or technical troubleshooting problems.
- Ensure appropriate technical and clinical presence at local customer and society events.
- Work closely with Commercial Education to ensure that Distributor partners are provided appropriate upskilling on NPI portfolio and Stroke Science methodologies.
- Where required, support EMEA marketing team in the development and implementation of product portfolio marketing strategies.
- Work in close partnership with the global upstream NTI, regional office and commercial education teams to translate scientific content to our field-based teams and partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's (or equivalent) degree ideally in Neurosciences, but Engineering, Marketing or related fields can be also interesting.
- In-field experience in Medical Devices or relevant healthcare markets. Experience within Interventional Neuroradiology or MedTech field is beneficial, but not crucial.
- Technically proficient and confident, and able to engage peer to peer with both R&D Engineers, Clinical Scientists and Physicians.
- Marketing planning and development of strategy and key tactics.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, highly numerate.
- English proficiency. Ability to speak additional European languages preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% in all EMEA territory.
