Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a central role in delivering smooth, high-quality assistance to a worldwide user base. You'll guide customers, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience through written communication channels only. This position is ideal for someone who values clear processes, is committed to customer satisfaction, and wants to grow in a supportive, fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through email and chat only, providing prompt, courteous, and clear responses
Follow established support procedures (SOPs) to troubleshoot effectively or escalate when needed
Consistently meet quality and performance targets, including SLA requirements
Take part in ongoing training and feedback sessions to keep skills sharp and stay updated on product developments
Approach each case with empathy and a solution-focused mindset
Contribute ideas to improve workflows and help foster a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Proficiency in French (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
- At least one year of experience in Customer Support or a related role
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
- Desire to learn and advance in the field
