Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a central role in delivering smooth, high-quality assistance to a worldwide user base. You'll guide customers, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience through written communication channels only. This position is ideal for someone who values clear processes, is committed to customer satisfaction, and wants to grow in a supportive, fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through email and chat only, providing prompt, courteous, and clear responses

  • Follow established support procedures (SOPs) to troubleshoot effectively or escalate when needed

  • Consistently meet quality and performance targets, including SLA requirements

  • Take part in ongoing training and feedback sessions to keep skills sharp and stay updated on product developments

  • Approach each case with empathy and a solution-focused mindset

  • Contribute ideas to improve workflows and help foster a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in French (C2 level)
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level)
  • EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
  • At least one year of experience in Customer Support or a related role
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
  • Desire to learn and advance in the field
