In response to our fast growth and market expansion, we are looking for a Senior Test Manager to join our Forecasting & Replenishment Engineering department. You'll work closely with our QA Manager and various development teams within F&R to enhance quality practices and test execution throughout our product portfolio. This role combines hands-on involvement in test execution with responsibilities in facilitation and coaching, requiring someone who can maintain a strategic overview while driving effective improvements in our testing processes.

• Develop test plans and define acceptance criteria in collaboration with development teams
• Promote effective teamwork and establish a clear understanding of testing roles and expected outcomes
• Deliver training and coaching on test design methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Lead exploratory testing initiatives and facilitate problem-solving sessions with project teams
• Partner with development teams to enhance the usability and maintainability of test data
• Expand and optimise test data sets for performance testing applications
• Assist with the implementation and ongoing maintenance of test automation solutions
• Prepare and update comprehensive testing documentation and guidelines
• Conduct workshops on testing topics and integrate testing expertise within various teams
• Ensure release readiness by reporting key quality metrics such as test coverage from the F&R Engineering perspective
• Champion innovation and drive continuous improvement within testing processes
• Create test strategy for new development projects

What you'll bring to the table:

Test Management:

• • Proficient in test planning, execution tracking, defect management, and reporting
• Comprehensive knowledge of various test levels (unit, integration, end-to-end, system testing) and their appropriate application
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies, quality assurance principles, and software development lifecycle
• Experience working within Agile methodology

Technical skills:

• • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Robot Framework or similar)
• Familiarity with API testing and CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on expertise in Jira Xray, Jira, and Confluence

Autonomy, Collaboration & Communication:

• • Ability to facilitate workshops and coach teams in testing practices
• Excel at communicating with developers, engineering managers and business stakeholders
• Can navigate complex projects and drive initiatives across organisational boundaries
• Demonstrated ability to contribute individually and manage small projects autonomously
• Proactive mindset with drive to bring structure and clarity to complex setups
• Fluent in written and spoken English

What we consider as an advantage:

• Experience with GitLab pipelines
• Background in performance or load testing
• SQL or database querying skills
• Experience working in multi-project environments
• Knowledge of performance testing concepts and Kubernetes basics
• Knowledge of frontend testing
• Knowledge and experience with AI in testing, including how AI can streamline traditional testing tasks such as generating tests and creating test data, as well as testing AI agents or AI-powered systems
