How You'll Shape Our Story

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of product, operations, and technology. You will own a portfolio of internal products that sit deep in our operational backbone and directly influence the speed, quality, and reliability of how we run the network. This role suits someone who enjoys complex systems, process optimisation, data, and building tools that unlock scale across multiple teams. You will work closely with Engineering, Data and Operations teams to define problems, design solutions, and drive execution from idea to deployment. Expect real ownership and the ability to see immediate impact.

• Own the roadmap and vision for core internal platforms that support network operations, performance optimisation, and partner enablement
• Translate operational workflows and constraints into scalable product solutions that improve speed, accuracy, and consistency across markets
• Drive discovery with internal stakeholders: map processes, identify bottlenecks, and turn ambiguity into structured requirements
• Work with Engineering to scope, prioritise, and deliver increments that bring measurable business impact
• Partner with Data teams to ensure products are built on high-quality datasets and enable data-driven decision making at scale
• Ensure shipped features are adopted, used, and constantly refined through tight feedback loops with operational teams
• Maintain a strong execution rhythm with clear Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, and ongoing alignment across squads
• Contribute to product standards, tooling, and ways of working that raise the bar for the entire team

• 4+ years experience in product management in fast-paced tech environments
• Proven track record building products that support internal users, complex workflows, or operational processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down problems, challenge assumptions, and work comfortably with data
• Solid understanding of system interactions, dependencies, and the downstream effects of product decisions
• Experience driving cross functional execution with engineering and business stakeholders
• Ability to go deep into the details without losing sight of the bigger system
• Clear communicator who can align diverse teams around a shared goal
• Comfortable with ambiguity, structured in approach, pragmatic in delivery
