Propósito del puesto

Asegurar la gestión financiera y operativa de una nueva sociedad del grupo en Portugal, con foco en procesos, datos fiables, cumplimiento y coordinación con el equipo corporativo.

La persona será clave en la estandarización de procedimientos, la preparación de información para dirección y la interlocución con stakeholders internos y externos.

No es un rol administrativo clásico: buscamos solidez técnica, criterio financiero y una mentalidad orientada a procesos y mejora continua.

Responsabilidades principales

– Gestionar los procesos financieros diarios: registros, cierres mensuales, conciliaciones y control documental.

– Preparar informes financieros y operativos para el equipo corporativo (España, Portugal, UK).

– Coordinar el flujo de información con contabilidad externa, fiscalidad y auditoría.

– Supervisar pagos, tesorería y control de movimientos bancarios.

– Asegurar el cumplimiento de procedimientos internos y normativa en Portugal.

– Participar en la armonización de procesos financieros del grupo y en proyectos transversales.

– Dar soporte en implantación/mejora de sistemas (ERP/contabilidad/tesorería).

– Mantener relación operativa con proveedores, bancos y entidades oficiales.

– Velar por la calidad del dato y la fiabilidad de la información financiera.

Requisitos

– Experiencia sólida en finanzas, administración o controlling.

– Portugués, español e inglés imprescindibles (entorno internacional).

– Dominio de herramientas financieras / ERP (SAP muy valorado, pero no obligatorio si trae experiencia sólida).

– Persona metódica, estable y orientada a procedimiento.

– Capacidad para trabajar con exigencia y gestionar picos de carga.

– Alto nivel de responsabilidad, criterio y autonomía.

– Excelente capacidad de comunicación en entorno internacional.
