Role Overview: 

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will manage customer inquiries through phone, chat, email, and social media, tackling account, technical, and financial questions. Your efforts will contribute to greater customer satisfaction and support ongoing improvements to our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional support via phone, chat, email, and social media
  • Resolve account setup, verification, login issues, financial queries, and technical concerns
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, particularly for clients in the sports sector
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, feedback, and issues
  • Foster strong client relationships through clear, effective communication
  • Ensure service excellence while adhering to company policies
  • Propose process enhancements to improve the overall customer experience

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
