Communication & Marketing Assistant (m/f)

MISSION

Promote the recognition, prestige, good reputation, strong image and perception of the Group's brands among customers and potential customers, as well as among users, establishing them as a benchmark of quality in the Renewable Energy sector. Contribute to the implementation of the Group's strategic Communication and Marketing Plan, in accordance with the strategic guidelines defined by the Board of Directors and respecting the positioning of the aforementioned brands in the markets where they operate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Translate and review content (PT, EN, ES);
  • Create and publish original content (social media, blogs, websites, newsletters, institutional materials);
  • Create copy for Ads campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn);
  • Update content on digital platforms (intranet, website, social networks);
  • Ensure consistency and up-to-date information online;
  • Respond to interactions on social networks and prepare monthly performance reports;
  • Monitor mentions of the company and prepare clipping reports with qualitative and quantitative analysis;
  • Plan, configure, and manage Ads campaigns (including segmentation, budgets, and optimization);
  • Monitor Ads metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI) and present monthly reports;
  • Apply SEO best practices to digital content;
  • Support administrative tasks (SAP, file management);
  • Execute "Project Communication Requests" and ensure compliance with internal policies.
