Let's make it happen What you'll do:
- You will help us shape Emma's marketing strategy globally in order to establish Emma as the leading sleep brand.
- You will be responsible for managing internal and external stakeholders.
- You will assist the Performance Marketing team on global data analysis and ideate best practices.
- You will help the team build a data-driven performance marketing playbook to scale your channel(s) globally.
- You will coordinate with country experts on the implementation of Performance Marketing recommendations.
- You will initiate AB tests in different countries to maximize revenue and generate learnings.
- You have collaborative skills and a creative mind.
- You can adapt to a fast-paced growth environment involving time-sensitive projects.
- You are structured and organized.
- You have great stakeholder management skills and can deal with multiple projects simultaneously.
- You are hands-on and can take complete ownership of your channels.
- A combination of personal and company growth to accelerate your career and help you reach your goals
