Role Overview: 

As a Customer Support Advisor, you'll assist clients via phone, chat, email, and social media, resolving account, technical, and financial inquiries. You'll deliver expert advice, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional support via phone, live chat, email, and social media.
  • Address issues such as account setup, verification, login, financial matters, and technical challenges
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers within the sports industry
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
  • Foster strong customer relationships through clear, open communication
  • Uphold high standards of service in line with company policies
  • Provide insights and suggestions to refine processes and improve service quality

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
