We're looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer who is passionate about building AI systems end-to-end—from experimentation to production—and is comfortable working in a remote, agile, startup environment.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI-driven solutions using modern frameworks.
  • Build and fine-tune LLMs, implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and work with embeddings for semantic search and personalization.
  • Integrate with APIs such as OpenAI, Cohere, HuggingFace, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS).
  • Develop robust data pipelines for training, evaluation, and inference using tools like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain.
  • Perform prompt engineering and optimization for generative models in various applications.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to bring AI-powered features to life.
  • Continuously monitor and improve the performance and reliability of deployed models and services.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, with proven track record of building production-grade ML systems.
  • Strong proficiency with Python and ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and LangChain.
  • Deep experience working with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques.
  • Experience integrating with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI API) and deploying scalable ML services.
  • Understanding of vector databases and search technologies.
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for versioning, testing, and deployment.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Knowledge of real-time inference, streaming data, or edge ML.
  • Prior startup experience or entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Experience with open-source LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon) and fine-tuning techniques like LoRA or QLoRA.
