Job Description
As a Business Analyst R&D Controlling, you will actively contribute to management decisions with your strong business mindset by insights from financial analyses.

In your new role you will:

• Be responsible for financial controlling of R&D cost, including the financial forecast, analysis and closing activities
• Act as a financial business partner to the responsible global management
• Be the financial interface between the entrepreneurial unit and corporate functions across Infineon, such as Development Services, Project Office, etc.
• Take the lead on data analytics, benchmarking, profitability and process improvement and support digitalization within your area of responsibility
• Work internationally with business located in the US and Germany, functionally reporting to a Finance Business Partner located in the corporate headquarter in Munich, Germany

Your Profile
You are self-motivated, a fast learner and have a strong capability to independently leverage and drive topics. You are structured, keep the big picture in your mind, but also maintain high-quality standards on details. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills enable you to effectively collaborate across different locations, cultures and time zones. As a team player, you take responsibility for common goals and put team results above your own interests.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering or equivalent with excellent grades
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience, prior experience in Finance, Controlling or a similar position
• Proactive and result oriented working style with the ambition to improve overall business results and processes – challenge the status quo
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide compelling and clear storylines to business partners
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively with counterparts across different functions, locations, and cultures and being a team player
• Competence in financial analysis, (cost) accounting principles, and variance analysis; ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills and affinity for IT tools and digitalization in Finance; SAP knowledge is a plus
• Full working proficiency in English, German is a plus
