How your day will look like:

As a Real Estate Manager/Consultant or Private Broker, your days will be dynamic and focused on high-value client management and property transactions within the luxury segment.

• Client Management: Developing and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth national and international clients.
• Property Promotion: Presenting and promoting the luxury property portfolio in the Porto or Algarve regions.
• Negotiation: Managing the entire sales process, from property visits to closing the deal.
• Market Analysis: Staying updated on the premium real estate market trends.
• Proactive Prospecting: Identifying new business opportunities and managing your goals autonomously.

Requirements

• Execute commercial strategies with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
• Provide personalized, high-quality service, compatible with the luxury segment's excellence standards.
• Maintain impeccable personal presentation and professional ethics.
