Opened in 2025, our Lisbon Regional Operation Center has grown to over 50 employees within less than ten months, with ambitious plans to expand to 300 employees by 2027.
About the role
As Transformation Manager, reporting into the Head of Transformation & Post-Merger Integration, you will partner with Cyncly's Business Unit (BU) and Functional leaders to translate strategy into measurable outcomes; build a rigorous, automated performance rhythm; and drive cross-functional initiatives from definition through to impact. You combine top-tier consulting toolkits with strong business acumen and AI-native execution – structuring problems, instrumenting data, and automating workflows to create leverage at scale. The role is hands-on, analytical, and stakeholder-facing; you will produce executive-ready insights and materials while coaching teams to adopt modern, AI-enabled ways of working.
Main Responsibilities:
A. Strategy & execution performance
- Build and continuously improve monthly and quarterly BU performance scorecards, helping to surface risks, their root causes, and corrective actions.
- Operate a single source of truth for initiatives (charters, milestones, benefits, confidence levels), with crisp cadence, risk management, and escalation paths.
B. Transformation delivery & value creation
- Lead (or PM) cross-functional workstreams from problem definition to solution design and adoption; remove blockers and secure decisions quickly.
- Develop robust analyses and business cases (commercial, product, go-to-market, operational) that translate insights into prioritised actions.
- Partner with GMs and functional leaders to ensure accountability for outcomes, not just activity.
C. AI-led automation & analytics
- Identify automation opportunities across all processes you touch; prioritise by impact and feasibility.
- Design and deliver AI-enabled solutions using secure & compliant approaches.
- Build lightweight data pipelines and dashboards with engineering/analytics partners; measure adoption and ROI; harden successful MVPs into stable services.
D. Stakeholder management & communications
- Act as a trusted partner to BU GMs, Functional Leaders, Finance, Product, Sales, and People teams; run effective operating rhythms (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Produce crisp narratives supported by data and tailored to the audience — from operator-level actions to Executive-level forums.
- Model high standards of written communication, meeting hygiene, and decision logging.
Required Skills
- 3-5 years at a top-tier management consulting firm or equivalent high-performance environment, with a track record in strategy execution and operating improvement.
- Strong business acumen: ability to translate strategy into KPIs/OKRs, operating plans, and measurable outcomes.
- Analytical & technical capability:
- Advanced spreadsheet modelling and data storytelling.
- Proficiency with SQL and/or Python; hands-on experience with modern BI (e.g., Power BI/Tableau/Looker) and data-quality concepts.
- Demonstrable AI fluency: designing prompts and evaluation, calling LLM APIs, orchestrating workflows/agents, building RAG or automation MVPs, and measuring impact.
- Exceptional communication (written, verbal, and visual) with exec-ready materials and an ability to influence.
- Programme/project management excellence: multi-workstream planning, dependency management, risk/issue handling, and benefit tracking.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management across time zones and cultures.
Desired Skills
- Experience in B2B SaaS, ERP, design/manufacturing software, or data-rich product businesses.
