How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Are you a seasoned HR Project Manager ready to drive a major, executive-sponsored structural transformation? We are seeking a dynamic Transformation Project Manager to spearhead the deployment of our updated Global Talent Acquisition Operating Model (TOM), a project vital to realizing our full efficiency potential.
This project is a high-visibility initiative that will fundamentally redefine the structure and value of our global HR function. You will not only execute a plan, but you will validate the very future of the Talent Acquisition function in our organization.
You will be accountable for the organizational change management, driving a critical shift in our current HR ways of working. If you excel at navigating complex stakeholder terrain and connecting process change directly to business objectives, this is your next challenge.
This role is centered on accountability, change management, and financial realization.
Financial Accountability: Own the tracking and realization of the change business case. You will be directly responsible for reporting on Cost Avoidance and the successful realization of the updated Organizational design.
Organizational Change: Lead the planning and execution of the TA COE Transformation Strategy.
Design training and communication to ensure the HR community successfully adopts the new set up
Deployment Leadership: Manage the end-to-end roadmap, starting with the initial phased deployment. You will facilitate critical change workshops to eliminate roadblocks and finalize transition plans.
Process Governance: Ensure the approved blueprints are implemented correctly within our core HRIS (Workday).
Process Documentation: Promotes a C-IMP approach and ensures a high level of quality delivery of all TA activities. Builds and keeps all process descriptions & documentation of TA activities. Ensures the Knowledge base is accurate with a sustainable knowledge management protocol to ensure continuity.
Are you a MATCH?
Transformation Leadership: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to large-scale HR or Talent Acquisition transformation (e.g., implementing Shared Services, COE models, or major system rollouts).
Domain Expertise: Deep, practical experience in the Talent Acquisition lifecycle. Must understand the operational mechanics of job requisition management, Cost Per Hire logic, and Time-to-Fill metrics.
Change Management Mastery: Strong competency or certification in change methodologies. You must be an expert at managing resistance and building adoption strategies.
Technical Acumen: Experience translating process blueprints into technical requirements for an HRIS platform (Workday experience is a major asset).
Financial Fluency: Proven ability to manage a project budget and track financial realization against a detailed business case (tracking ROI, cost avoidance, and sustained efficiency).
