O/A estagiário/a a selecionar terá como missão apoiar a equipa de IT na gestão e manutenção dos sistemas internos, incluindo ERP e soluções de workflow, garantindo o correto funcionamento das plataformas e contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos. Irá colaborar na resolução de incidentes, prestar suporte aos utilizadores e participar em projetos de otimização tecnológica, assegurando a eficiência e a satisfação dos clientes internos.

Terás como
principais desafios
:

  • Apoio e manutenção de sistema DMS(ASWin) (configuração básica, parametrização e suporte a utilizadores);
  • Manuseamento e análise de dados (importação, exportação, limpeza e organização);
  • Gestão e suporte a bases de dados (SQL ou equivalente);
  • Apoio técnico a utilizadores em ferramentas de Gestão Documental e Gestão clientes/Fornecedores e outras aplicações internas;
  • Colaboração na implementação de projetos de IT, incluindo levantamento de requisitos, testes e formação a utilizadores;
  • Trabalho conjunto com equipas internas para otimizar processos e resolver problemas técnicos.

O que
valorizamos:

  • Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática ou área similar (preferencial);
  • Conhecimentos básicos de sistemas ERP;
  • Noções de bases de dados e linguagem SQL;
  • Competências em análise e manipulação de dados (Excel avançado ou ferramentas de Business Intelligence);
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação e resolução de problemas;
  • Inglês em nível intermédio;
  • Noções de integração de sistemas;
  • Conhecimentos básicos de programação ou scripting;
  • Disponibilidade para colaborar em projetos de implementação e migração de sistemas.

O que

  • Contrato de estágio de 6 meses (podendo ser renovado por mais 6 meses);
  • Bolsa de estágio + subsídio de refeição;
