About the Role

As a Travel Administrator Junior, you will deliver transactional services in the area of Travel and Expenses (T&E), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely support for employees across the organization. This role is key to maintaining efficient processes and excellent service standards.

What You Will Do
  • Process T&E Reports: Review and validate travel and expense reports in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
  • Verify Documentation: Check receipts and related documents, performing quality audits to meet legal and internal standards.
  • Customer Support: Respond to employee and manager inquiries, providing guidance and ensuring data completeness in Concur.
  • Follow-Up Actions: Coordinate with employees, managers, and external providers to resolve discrepancies and maintain process integrity.
  • Ticket Management: Handle requests via ServEss, ensuring timely resolution within agreed service levels.
  • Credit Card Administration: Manage credit card accounts, including overdue amounts and verification processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Support colleagues through backup solutions, onboarding assistance, and knowledge sharing.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
  • Minimum 12 months of experience in administrative or service-related roles; experience in travel administration is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Ability to follow policies and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Fluent in English - All Applicants are requested to deliver their CV in English language.
