Pretendemos admitir um(a)
Lead Product Owner
para um cliente no
segmento financeiro para a região de Lisboa ou Porto.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar e mentorar uma equipa de Product Owners nas áreas de cartões, empréstimos e plataformas internas;
  • Atuar como o especialista de referência em funcionalidade de produto, valor de negócio e impacto operacional;
  • Colaborar com Product Managers, Engenheiros e Arquitetos para co-desenhar soluções inteligentes e escaláveis;
  • Apoiar o desenvolvimento de produtos ágeis e orientados a resultados, sem impor processos rígidos;
  • Traduzir a estratégia de negócio numa direção de produto clara e executável.

Competências

  • Formação académica em Economia, Gestão, Engenharia ou áreas similares;
  • Experiência sólida com
    produtos bancários/financeiros
    (cartões, empréstimos, pagamentos, etc.);
  • Fluência técnica e experiência em ambientes de produto ágeis;
  • Foco em objetivos claros, energia e resiliência;
  • Excelentes capacidades de comunicação e gestão de stakeholders.
  • Inglês avançado.
