Role: Third Party Operations - Back Office Operational Support Location: Hybrid, Porto, Portugal Required skills: 3+ Years of experience in a similar role Resilient and proactive, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage and motivate stakeholders.

Experience in account management, customer service or similar roles is an advantage.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.

Professional English fluency, both written and spoken.

Detail-oriented, organized and reliable.

Values the opportunity to drive process efficiency and stakeholder engagement.

Willingness to escalate and follow up persistently to ensure progress.

Able to work collaboratively within the team and re-route technical queries as needed.
