Financial Lines Broking Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Specialties Broking team at Marsh. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

 We will count on you to:

  • Be responsible for structuring bespoke insurance programs for our clients and prospects;
  • Broke the most adequate terms and conditions from insurers and reinsurers;
  • Develop and implement the strategic placement plan initiatives;
  • Critical analysis of insurance offers;
  • Identify new business opportunity areas.

 What you need to have: 

  • A degree or masters degree in law, business administration or economics;
  • Two to three years of experience working within the insurance market (as a broker or underwriter);
  • General broking and placement know-how;
  • General understanding of the Property & Casualty insurance market ;
  • English and Portuguese language proficiency.
