The CRM Specialist is mainly responsible for supporting the Customer Relationship Management operations and ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency in the following tasks:
- Managing and updating customer records and related entities in the CRM system;
- Creating and maintaining workflows, campaigns, and segmentation lists;
- Extracting and analyzing CRM data for reporting and performance tracking;
- Preparing dashboards, reports, and presentations for management;
- Monitoring data quality and compliance with internal standards;
- Supporting integration between CRM and other business systems;
- Providing assistance to the marketing and sales teams for CRM-related activities;
- General statement: Keeping the team updated on CRM best practices and market trends.
