The CRM Specialist is mainly responsible for supporting the Customer Relationship Management operations and ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency in the following tasks:

  • Managing and updating customer records and related entities in the CRM system;
  • Creating and maintaining workflows, campaigns, and segmentation lists;
  • Extracting and analyzing CRM data for reporting and performance tracking;
  • Preparing dashboards, reports, and presentations for management;
  • Monitoring data quality and compliance with internal standards;
  • Supporting integration between CRM and other business systems;
  • Providing assistance to the marketing and sales teams for CRM-related activities;
  • General statement: Keeping the team updated on CRM best practices and market trends.
