Role Overview: 

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll manage customer inquiries through multiple channels—phone, chat, email, and social media—addressing issues related to accounts, technical support, and financial matters. Your efforts will enhance customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvements in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding support through phone, chat, email, and social media
  • Resolve issues related to account setup, verification, logins, financial matters, and technical support
  • Act as a trusted advisor, particularly for clients in the sports industry
  • Respond quickly to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns
  • Build strong, lasting client relationships through clear and effective communication
  • Maintain service excellence while following company policies
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance the customer experience

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
