Horaires : Léquilibre vie professionnelle / vie personnelle est une priorité. Travail du lundi au vendredi (7h00 – 17h30, horaires tournants), week-ends libres (samedi et dimanche).

Rémunération attractive :

  • Salaire de base : 920 € sur 14 mois
  • Prime de performance : 140 € par mois
  • Indemnité repas : 7,63 € net / jour
  • Prime de complexité : 40 € par mois sur 11 mois

Évolution de carrière : Formation complète dès lintégration et opportunités de collaboration étroite avec les équipes commerciales, marketing et produit.

Flexibilité : Poste basé à Braga avec possibilité de télétravail après 6 mois sur site (contrat permanent, soumis à une période dessai de 3 mois).

Vos missions

  • Support & conseil clients : Accompagner les professionnels de santé par téléphone, les guider dans lutilisation des fonctionnalités du logiciel et répondre à leurs demandes.
  • Formation proactive : Former les clients à lutilisation optimale de nos services afin de maximiser la valeur de nos solutions.
  • Gestion des emails : Traiter les demandes clients par email de manière rapide, claire et efficace.
  • Collaboration interne : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales, marketing et produit pour garantir une expérience client fluide et une satisfaction optimale.

Profil

Langues : Maîtrise du français (niveau C2).

Expérience : Une expérience préalable en centre de contact ou en service client est un atout, mais nous accueillons également les candidats motivés avec une forte orientation client.

Compétences : Excellentes capacités de communication, esprit danalyse et de résolution de problèmes, ainsi quune grande adaptabilité pour répondre à des besoins clients variés.
