Customer Consultant - Retention (f / m) 100%

Your tasks:

  • Responsibility for dealing with customer contacts by telephone
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction is at its highest level
  • Serving the customer to ensure their long-term loyalty
  • Receiving incoming customer calls who want to terminate their contract and maintain the customer
  • Customer advice on all Sunrise services and offers
  • Creation of added value for the customer incl. sales
  • Effective communication with customers considering qualitative and quantitative aspects

Your qualification:

  • Basic knowledge and experience in a call center
  • Languages: Fluent German / English
  • Strong commitment
  • Strong customer focus
  • Flexibility and resistance to stress
  • Strong communication skills
  • Independent and precise working method
  • Duty and punctuality
  • Good PC skills
