Role Overview:

We are looking for an
Infrastructure Architect
to join one of our biggest clients, a global leader in financial markets and electronic trading solutions.

Location:
Offices in Lisbon (hybrid)

What you will do:

  • Oversee global FX trading infrastructure to ensure reliability and high performance.
  • Provide infrastructure expertise to software development teams.
  • Collaborate with group infrastructure teams to address business needs and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Automate repetitive infrastructure tasks for consistency in a distributed environment.
  • Research emerging technologies and contribute to the technology roadmap.

What you are like:

  • Hands-on experience with Linux system administration (e.g., RHEL, SLES).
  • Familiarity with OS performance tuning for low-latency applications.
  • Knowledge of virtualization and container technologies.
  • Experience with server hardware, data center build-outs, and OS migrations.
  • Comfortable with scripting languages (Python, shell, etc.).
  • Proven track record supporting mission-critical server infrastructure in production environments.
  • Familiarity with provisioning tools (Ansible, Puppet) is a plus.
  • Windows and NAS administration is a plus.
  • Strong desire to learn new technologies.
