We're looking for a
Senior QA
to ensure our software products meet high quality standards before release. You'll work across the full project lifecycle—requirements, documentation, testing, migrations, and post go-live validation—ensuring functional, technical, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain a
    Quality Management System
    aligned with project and compliance needs
  • Prepare, execute, and document
    functional tests
  • Contribute to
    test strategy
    and create/maintain
    test plans
    , including:
  • Functional testing
  • Regression testing
  • Peripheral testing
  • Perform
    post go-live validations
    on core and external systems
  • Work closely with
    business and technical teams
    throughout the project lifecycle
  • Analyze, document, and improve
    business and system processes
  • Ensure functional, technical, and
    regulatory compliance
    prior to release
  • Communicate testing progress, risks, and issues with stakeholders and project teams

Requirements:

  • Strong
    quality mindset
    with a structured, detail-oriented approach
  • Strong ability to
    analyze, document, and improve processes
  • Comfortable working with
    cross-functional teams
    (Project Managers, Developers, QA teams, Architects, Business stakeholders)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ownership of deliverables
  • English C1
    (mandatory)

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking sector
  • Proven experience across the full project lifecycle, including:
  • Requirements analysis
  • Functional and configuration documentation
  • Testing activities
  • Migrations
