Junior Italian Speaking Sales Representative
to join our team in
Lisbon, Portugal

This is a full-time,
on-site
position based in our vibrant Lisbon office. The ideal candidate will be a native or fluent Italian speaker with a genuine passion for sales and a desire to build a successful career in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Italian Speaking Sales Representative, you will be crucial in expanding our market presence within the Italian-speaking regions. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Proactive Lead Generation and Qualification:
    Identifying, researching, and qualifying new business leads within the Italian market via cold calling, email campaigns, and targeted outreach.
  • Pipeline Management:
    Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, accurately tracking all sales activities and progress in our CRM system.
  • Sales Presentations and Demos:
    Conducting engaging and persuasive product demonstrations and presentations (online) to prospective clients, clearly articulating the value proposition of our solution.
  • Negotiation and Closing:
    Successfully negotiating contracts and closing new business deals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Relationship Building:
    Establishing and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring a smooth transition to the account management team.
  • Market Feedback:
    Gathering and relaying market intelligence and customer insights to internal teams to help refine our offering and strategy.
  • Sales Reporting:
    Preparing regular reports on sales performance and business development activities.

Essential Requirements

  • Language Proficiency:
    Native or near-native fluency in
    Italian (C2 level)
    is essential. Professional working proficiency in
    English (B2/C1 level)
    is also required for internal communication.
  • Sales Experience:
    Must have prior professional experience (minimum 6 months) in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role
    , demonstrating a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Location Commitment:
    Willingness to relocate to and work
    on-site in Lisbon, Portugal
    .
  • Communication Skills:
    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and confidently.
