We are seeking a proactive and communicative French speaker to join our support team in
Porto
. You will be the first point of contact for users, providing high-quality assistance and ensuring a positive service experience.

Core Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via multiple channels (phone, email, or chat).
  • Provide accurate information and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.

Candidate Profile

  • Language Skills: Native or near-native proficiency in French.

  • Flexibility: Comfortable with rotative shifts (Monday – Sunday).

  • Summertime: 08:00 – 22:00.

  • Wintertime: 07:00 – 21:00.

  • Work Arrangement: 100% On-Site in Porto.

  • Start Date: January 8th, 2026.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: 1000€ per month (paid over 14 months).
  • Schedule: 2 rotative days off per week.
