Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a European Real Estate Agent. Responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property tours, performing market research, and creating property listings. The agent will also communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs, negotiate deals, and ensure a seamless transaction process. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in property sales, property leasing, and market research
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to create property listings and perform marketing activities
  • Experience with cross-cultural communication and knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous
  • Highly motivated, goal-driven, and organized with the ability to work independently
  • Valid UAE driver's license is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is beneficial
