Job DescriptionAdminister SQL Server databases on OLAP and OLTP platforms.Monitor and optimize database performance, including query tuning and indexing.Manage data replication, partitioning, and integration processes.Automate database tasks and workflows using PowerShell scripting.Collaborate with teams to ensure data availability, security, and integrity.Support large-scale data handling (>1TB datasets) and complex data operations.Use monitoring tools such as HP OpenView and CA Harvest to track system performance. QualificationsProven experience (minimum 4 years) as a SQL Server DBA in high-complexity environments.Strong knowledge of MS SQL, including Replication Services and Service Broker.Solid experience with Windows Server environments.Expertise in T-SQL for database development and optimization.Experience with OLAP/OLTP platforms and large-scale data management.Familiarity with data tools such as SSRS, SSAS, and SSIS.Strong scripting skills, especially with PowerShell, for automation.Optional but valued: knowledge of Python and Git for database and automation tasks.Ability to troubleshoot cluster environments and high-availability setups.
