Location: Lisbon, City Center
Schedule: Rotational shifts (40 hours/week, 8 hours/day with a 1-hour lunch break)
Salary: Up to 1,366.17 EUR gross/month (inclusive of base pay, bonuses, and meal allowance)

About the Role

Do you thrive on creating exceptional customer experiences? We're looking for a Customer Success Representative to support the Spanish market.

In this role, you'll be the trusted advisor for advertisers and agencies, addressing technical challenges, escalating bugs, and offering expert guidance on using the advertising platform to its fullest potential. ‍ Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for advertisers and agencies.
  • Provide quick and accurate solutions to technical issues.
  • Identify and report bugs, suggesting ideas for platform enhancements.
  • Deliver clear, step-by-step support to optimize platform use.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient resolution of advertiser concerns.
Compensation & Benefits
Training Program
  • Duration: 15 working days, 8 hours/day (schedule between 08:30 and 09:30).
  • Compensation: 92.80 EUR per week.
Salary Package
  • With accommodation: 1,040.66 EUR gross/month (includes room allowance).
  • Without accommodation: 1,366.17 EUR gross/month.
  • Package includes base salary, Christmas and holiday bonuses, and meal allowance.

Working Hours
  • Shifts: Rotational, Monday to Sunday, between 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM.
  • Days Off: Two per week, scheduled by the shift manager and communicated four weeks in advance.
