Community Manager & Growth Lead (Part-time) – Lisbon, PortugalThe role in short

You'll be
Peach's local face in Lisbon
- working hands-on with creators to onboard them, build relationships, and help establish Peach as a trusted platform locally.

We're building Peach to help local creators and small businesses start, run, and grow their businesses without high costs or unnecessary complexity. If you want to help build that locally, this role is for you.

What you'll do

  • Proactively identify, reach out to, and engage local creators - via Instagram, local communities, events, and your own network.
  • Introduce Peach, explain the benefits, and help creators publish their first events/workshops
  • Turn interested creators into active, selling creators
  • Be Peach's local representative - show up, build trust, and create local buzz
  • Host small local activations when needed (coffee chats, afterworks, meetups)
  • Share short weekly insights with the team (local activity, feedback, next focus)
  • Keep meetings and leads updated in Asana (CRM)

Who you are

  • Extremely social and comfortable reaching out to new people
  • Strong understanding of creators and the wellness space
  • (Big bonus if you're a creator yourself)
  • Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)
  • Self-driven and comfortable working remotely (Slack / Asana)
  • Based in or around Lisbon with good insight into the local creator scene
